You'll balance daily transactions, review guest accounts, and support front desk and guest services while responding to questions and concerns. This role brings together hospitality, customer service, and careful recordkeeping in a fast-paced overnight setting. Welcome guests, manage front desk requests, and provide attentive guest relations and client communication in person and by phone. Resolve service issues with sound customer service problem-solving, professional phone communication, and strong phone etiquette. Follow hotel emergency procedures and coordinate with the appropriate team members when overnight concerns arise.
