We're looking for a reliable, guest-focused Night Auditor to join our team and help ensure smooth overnight operations. Position Summary The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the overnight shift while completing daily accounting and auditing procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries Process guest payments and maintain accurate records Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions Respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Communicate important information to management and morning staff Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and accounting skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and remain dependable during overnight shifts Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Schedule:
Saturday-Wednesday Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
