In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, balancing financial transactions, and maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your proactive approach will help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth functioning of our front desk and administrative functions during off-hours. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing excellent customer service through friendly phone communication and face-to-face interactions Perform nightly audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage front desk operations including reservations, guest inquiries, and room assignments with efficiency and professionalism Ensure hotel emergency procedures are followed accurately in case of incidents or safety concerns Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records of nightly activities Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest relations and satisfaction Monitor security systems, conduct patrols if necessary, and ensure the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar software platforms Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and client communication Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple tasks efficiently during night shifts Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Previous experience working with hospitality reservation systems and hotel management software is preferred Flexibility to work overnight hours in a fast-paced environment that values energetic, proactive team members This role is paid and offers a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence during nighttime hours.
