Summary As a Night Auditor at Hyatt Place, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, 11pm-7am. This position is essential for maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night. Assist guests with their needs, ensuring a comfortable stay. Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates and financial performance. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles is preferred. Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest relations. Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality.
