Night Auditor

Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Compensation:

$14•$15 hourly

Responsibilities:

Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages Greets guests and checks them in and out using the computerized property management system Handles cash and is able to accurately count cash and make accurate change for guests, is responsible for cash transactions, and knows procedures for obtaining proper credit card authorizations

Qualifications:

Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required Flexible overnight hours are required Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred About Company Candlewood Suites Billings West is a brand‑new extended‑stay hotel proudly serving the Billings, Montana community.
