The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing various front desk operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently while providing information about hotel amenities and services. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and balancing of accounts. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone systems and handling incoming calls promptly. Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation at the front desk. Experience Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred; experience in hospitality management is a plus.
