Part-Time Hotel Night Auditor Candlewood Suites Billings Billings, MT Job Details Part-time $15 - $16 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! We provide the tools and training to bolster your hospitality career goals. If you are seeking an overnight position with a team of true professionals, apply today! Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Compensation:
$15 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:
Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
Qualifications:
Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours About Company Candlewood Suites Billings West is a brand‑new extended‑stay hotel proudly serving the Billings, Montana community.
