Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position combines meticulous financial auditing with friendly guest interactions, providing a lively and rewarding environment. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee the front desk during nighttime hours, manage property management systems, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will contribute to the smooth functioning of our hotel while creating memorable stays for our guests. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA and other reservation platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage the front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Handle multi-line phone systems and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform safety inspections, and follow hotel emergency procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping and accountability. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns efficiently, resolving problems proactively, and providing multilingual or bilingual support when needed. Support hotel management by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly desirable. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and resort-specific operations. Experience working with multi-line phone systems, handling phone communication professionally, and managing guest relations in a fast-paced environment. Previous night audit experience is preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is essential for success in this role.
