Meadow Lake offers a mix of lodging including 24 hotel rooms and 114 Condo units totaling 194 total units across the property. Meadow Lake is located in beautiful Columbia Fall, MT. The resort has much to offer our guest including an 18-hole golf course, onsite restaurant, multiple pools and hot tubs along with a fitness center. Meadow Lake is looking to add team members to one of the premier properties in Northwest Montana.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Check guests in and out, book reservations, provide information and additional services to guests as needed. Attend to guest needs and resolve guest problems. Issue keys and process payments. Work to ensure maximum guest satisfaction at all times. Assist as needed to ensure maximum inventory is available.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Basic computer skills Good communication skills Property Management System knowledge a plus Knowledge of local attractions, activities, and services preferred
