```Overview``` We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner. ```Responsibilities```
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary documentation
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist with reservations and room assignments
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports ```Qualifications```
  • Previous experience in hospitality or related field is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using hotel management software systems
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
