  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you'll be the welcoming face and vigilant guardian of our hotel during overnight hours.
This energetic role combines guest relations, administrative oversight, and security responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the integrity of our operations. As a Night Auditor, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the safety and security of the property throughout the night. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and properly documented. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols around the property, and controlling access points to safeguard guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff. Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest information, and coordinating special requests or accommodations. Skills Proven experience in understanding of front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette. Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel experience, and guest services standards. Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism at all times. Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices related to guest relations, security protocols, and resort operations. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with guests, team members, and emergency responders when necessary.
