Job Description
Overview Position is overnight from 11p-7am 2-3 shifts per week and could lead into a FT position within a couple of months. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service while performing essential accounting and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and revenue reporting. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay. Manage check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, ensuring all procedures are followed efficiently. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts. Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about hotel services and amenities. Assist guests with special requests or needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in hotel operations or hospitality management preferred. Proficiency in night audit processes is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with resort environments is an advantage, enhancing the overall guest experience.
