The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk operations, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in hotel management or resort settings. Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
