Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/Night Auditor, where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests during evening hours. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining the integrity of nightly financial audits. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing professional and friendly front desk service with excellent phone etiquette. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy, utilizing hospitality reservation systems to optimize occupancy. Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify financial transactions, update guest accounts, and prepare reports for management review. Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a solution-oriented attitude, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving skills. Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring safety procedures are followed during overnight hours. Communicate effectively with team members across multi-line phone systems and coordinate services to enhance guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies related to guest services, emergency procedures, and property safety standards to ensure a secure environment for all guests and staff. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; resort experience is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent hotel management software. Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and night audit processes. Excellent communication skills via multi-line phone systems and client interaction channels. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while solving problems efficiently under pressure. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail. Pay:
