This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth hotel operations. As a key member of our front office team, you will oversee nightly audit procedures, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable stays for our guests while maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities Conduct nightly hotel audits to verify revenue, reservations, and billing accuracy, ensuring all financial records are precise and complete. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Maintain accurate front desk records, including reservations, cancellations, and guest information updates. Assist with guest relations by resolving issues promptly and courteously, fostering positive guest experiences. Support hotel management in daily operations, including coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards at all times. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software systems is advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Knowledge of resort or hotel environments, including guest services and guest relations best practices. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced setting.
