Company Overview JH Adams Inn is a boutique hotel that delivers high customer service in a unique historic property. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dynamic hospitality team. This vital role ensures smooth overnight operations, maintains guest satisfaction, and upholds the highest standards of hotel management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a passion for hospitality, this is your opportunity to shine! This position is three 10 hour night shifts a week with 4 days off. Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA and other hotel reservation platforms Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational data for management review Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, providing information and assistance to guests and staff Support guest services by addressing special requests, managing reservations, and fostering guest relations through effective communication Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns efficiently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols Exceptional phone communication skills with proficiency in multi-line phone systems Experience working in resort environments or properties with high guest turnover is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members alike Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Pay:
