Night Auditor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves performing front desk duties, managing guest relations, and conducting nightly audits of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reports. Handle front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs of guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and handle reservations. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours. Prepare daily reports for management review regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback. Assist with any administrative tasks as required by hotel management. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on hotel operations. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for guest relations. Proficiency in night audit processes and procedures. Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems efficiently. Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks. Previous hotel experience is preferred, particularly in guest services roles within the hospitality industry.
