Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This vital role ensures the smooth overnight operation of the front desk, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial records. The Night Auditor acts as the overnight ambassador for the hotel, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring the safety and security of the property. Duties Oversee nightly financial transactions, including auditing daily revenue reports and balancing accounts to ensure accuracy. Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and professional customer service. Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage multi-line phone systems, handle reservation changes, and relay messages efficiently using proper phone etiquette. Conduct security checks of the property, monitor CCTV footage, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the hotel premises. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain operational transparency. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues affecting guest comfort or safety. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively. Experience with front desk operations, including reservation systems and guest account management. Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and managing phone etiquette professionally. Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit procedures. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently during overnight hours.
