Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Night Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, providing information about the hotel and its services, and resolving any customer complaints or issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Looking for 2 days 11pm-7am shifts. Preferrably weekends (Friday & Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Provide information about the hotel and its services. Handle guest complaints in a professional manner. Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of guest information. Provide assistance with luggage. Laundry General Cleaning Setting up breakfast Other tasks assigned by the

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
