Overnight Shifts, Weekend Availability Required Job Description We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team at the Spark by Hilton in Lincoln, Nebraska . This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently overnight, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring hotel operations run smoothly during nighttime hours. Experience with Hilton PEP or HotelKey is a big plus! Key Responsibilities Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations during overnight hours. Perform nightly audit procedures, reconcile transactions, and prepare daily reports. Answer guest questions, handle concerns, and provide excellent customer service. Monitor hotel activity and maintain a safe, secure environment overnight. Respond to guest requests and unexpected situations independently. Ensure accurate cash handling, payment processing, and recordkeeping. Prepare the front desk for the morning shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas. Follow Hilton brand standards and company policies. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred. Knowledge of Hilton PEP or HotelKey is strongly preferred. Must be comfortable working overnight shifts alone with minimal supervision. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions independently. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
