In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and maintaining the integrity of our property management systems. Your proactive attitude and exceptional customer service skills will create a welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring all financial and administrative tasks are accurately completed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a memorable guest experience while working in a lively, fast-paced hotel setting. Duties Conduct overnight audits by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all procedures adhere to hotel policies and standards. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues with professionalism and enthusiasm. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform safety checks, and follow emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records of nightly activities. Assist with reservation management, modifications, and cancellations using hospitality reservation systems to optimize occupancy. Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to uphold guest relations, address concerns promptly, and enhance overall guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or equivalent software. Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and guest services standards. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction expertise. Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest relations during night shifts is preferred.
