  • We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service, keen analytical skills, and the ability to work independently throughout the night shift. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's financial processes and contribute significantly to our guests' overall experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring all guest inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Perform nightly financial audits, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing accurate end-of-day reports. Verify and balance daily charges, room postings, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist in processing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and maintain updated guest information. Monitor and respond to guest requests, concerns, or emergencies throughout the night, providing solutions or escalating as necessary. Maintain the security of the hotel premises and uphold data confidentiality standards. Prepare and distribute daily management reports to relevant departments. Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and continued high-quality service.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in a night auditing or front desk role.
Proficiency in hotel management software and financial reporting tools. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism. Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
