Night Auditor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk operations, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in hospitality management, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of guest relations. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Assist with billing inquiries and process payments efficiently. Ensure the security of the hotel during overnight hours by monitoring entrances and exits. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest relations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest interactions.
