Full Job Description Description:
The Holiday Inn at East Windsor is seeking candidates for the position of Night Auditor to join our award-winning team. The Holiday Inn at East Windsor is part of the Hotels Unlimited family of hotels. We are a New Jersey based, family-owned company established in 1979, committed to growth through excellence. The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing all front desk activities overnight and must maintain a high level of integrity. The Night Auditor also reconciles all bookkeeping and financial records as well as checking guests in/out and answering any questions from guests. •
PLEASE NOTE
•the Night Audit position is an overnight shift, 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. We ask that you do not apply for the position if you are not able to commit to the required shift. Responsibilities & Duties Performs end-of-day accounting tasks such as reconciling credit card transactions, occupancy percentages, room charges, cash drawer activity, etc Check in guests, take reservations, and respond to guest's questions Handle items related to the lost and found according to company standards Track room availability and occupancy Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Attend monthly department meetings and training sessions as necessary Knowledge of all essential aspects of hotel operations/procedures Compensation and Benefits include: This position offers a starting rate that ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Part time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's retirement plans (once qualified). Full time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's health, dental, vision, and retirement plans (once qualified).

Job Qualifications & Skills Superb written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities Judgment and decision making Strong knowledge of MS office programs Experience with property management systems is a plus Mathematics and reading comprehension Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
