Night Auditor

```Duties``` We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

Your main duties will include:

• Conducting the nightly audit of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Verifying the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Assisting with the check-in and check-out process for guests
• Operating phone systems and responding to guest calls in a professional manner
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest needs ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse guests
• Strong problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries or issues promptly
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate financial records and guest accounts
