Job Description
```Duties```
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Experience```
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel industry preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and responsibilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, report generation, and guest account management
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist guests who may require language assistance
