- Part-time Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor (Hotel Experience Required) We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented individual to join our hotel team in an overnight Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor role.

Key Duties Include:
Assisting guests with check-in and check-out in a professional and welcoming manner Responding to guest needs, questions, and concerns throughout the night Accurately handling reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries Managing incoming phone calls and providing clear, helpful information Processing payments and following all cash and credit card handling procedures Completing night audit tasks, balancing transactions, and reconciling reports Keeping the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable Maintaining a calm and professional presence during overnight hours Staying informed on hotel amenities, services, and emergency procedures Logging guest messages and wake-up calls accurately Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
Qualifications:
At least one year of hotel front desk experience Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear verbal and written communication abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment Attention to detail with basic math skills for financial tasks Ability to problem-solve and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Guest-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor Spanish language skills are a plus If you enjoy overnight work, value teamwork, and take pride in delivering great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
