Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. This energetic role offers the opportunity to ensure seamless guest experiences, maintain hotel security, and uphold our high standards of hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee front desk operations, handle guest inquiries with professionalism, and perform essential accounting and auditing tasks to close out the day's business. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests while supporting smooth hotel functioning through the night. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with exceptional customer service and professionalism Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests efficiently Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting premises, and controlling access to the hotel property Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or guest needs promptly Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with prior hotel experience preferred (PEP experince is a plus) Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse guests effectively Proficiency in front desk procedures, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Knowledge of night audit processes and hotel management software systems Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during late-night hours This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
