Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Multi-Property Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations across multiple hotel properties. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee nightly financial reconciliations, provide outstanding guest services, and support hotel management with administrative duties—all during the quiet hours of the night. Duties Conduct thorough nightly audits across multiple properties, verifying all financial transactions and updating property management systems (PMS) such as PEP and Hotel Key. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours, providing friendly and professional service via phone and in person. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Monitor hotel security protocols, emergency procedures, and safety checks to maintain a secure environment. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette while managing reservations, client communication, and internal coordination. Support front desk operations by assisting with reservation modifications, guest requests, and property updates in a multilingual or bilingual capacity if applicable. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or Hotel Key or equivalent platforms used in hotel management. Prior night audit experience preferred, with knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns efficiently and courteously. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance client communication across diverse guest populations. Excellent phone communication skills coupled with proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking across various responsibilities such as reservations, guest services, and security monitoring.
