In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing exceptional guest services while managing the front desk during nighttime hours. Your proactive approach will help maintain security, accuracy in financial transactions, and guest satisfaction throughout the night. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and properly recorded Handle cash, credit card, and billing procedures with precision to maintain financial integrity Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks of public areas to ensure guest and staff safety Prepare detailed shift reports highlighting any incidents, maintenance issues, or guest requests for the morning team Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or hotel environment Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure Familiarity with guest services, front desk operations, and hotel management best practices Previous experience working night shifts in a hospitality setting is preferred Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
