In this vital role, you'll oversee the night shift operations, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk functions, and maintaining accurate financial and operational records. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and memorable stay for all visitors during the nighttime hours. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight team, ensuring excellence in guest relations and operational integrity. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their stay. Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and directing calls appropriately. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted and resolving discrepancies as needed. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports documenting daily activities, incidents, and financial transactions for management review. Handle guest requests or complaints with a positive attitude, striving to resolve issues swiftly and satisfactorily. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, managing reservations, and supporting front desk operations during overnight hours. Uphold hotel policies related to guest privacy, safety protocols, and service standards to ensure a secure environment. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest room or facility concerns promptly. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with front desk procedures, including check-in/check-out processes and reservation systems. Experience conducting night audits or working within hotel management software is advantageous. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems confidently. Knowledge of hospitality standards related to guest relations, security protocols, and hotel management practices. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
