This vital role combines the responsibilities of front desk operations, guest services, and financial reconciliation to ensure a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the safety and security of the property. As a Night Auditor, you will deliver exceptional customer service, handle guest inquiries, and perform nightly audits to uphold our high standards of hospitality excellence. Your energetic presence and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests and support smooth hotel operations through the night. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest requests promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly financial audits by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy and accountability Monitor security cameras, perform routine safety checks, and handle emergency situations in accordance with hotel protocols Maintain front desk operations including updating guest records, processing payments, and managing reservations using hotel management software Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay Uphold phone etiquette standards and assist with administrative tasks to support overall hotel management Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management systems and experience with night audit procedures is preferred Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation and record keeping Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment; previous experience in guest relations is advantageous A positive attitude combined with strong interpersonal skills to foster guest loyalty and team collaboration Join us as a Night Auditor where your energy fuels exceptional hospitality experiences!
