Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify all accounts are in balance
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance as needed
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Prepare daily reports for hotel management
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and organized Skills
- Strong background in guest services and customer service
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems is a plus
- Familiar with FOSSE is a plus.
