Night Auditor

In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and efficiency. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded and balanced. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or facility issues during overnight hours. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front lobby, guest coffee station, and front desk work area throughout the overnight shift. Pre-Employment Screening:

Compliance:

Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong focus on customer service. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively. Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and front desk software is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions professionally. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security. Prior hotel experience or resort background is advantageous for understanding guest expectations and operational flow. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for balancing accounts and completing reports accurately.
