Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to deliver exceptional service during the night shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early morning departures, providing a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining operational accuracy. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable guest experiences and uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using hotel management systems. Conduct nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billing. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and controlling access points. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is essential. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Previous experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is preferred. A passion for hospitality management combined with a proactive approach to guest services and security. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
