Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive guest experience Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to maintain accurate records Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, handling guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with excellent phone etiquette Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and security Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to ensure smooth transition between shifts Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, providing exceptional guest services that foster loyalty and satisfaction Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any overnight issues impacting guest comfort or safety Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially in front desk or night audit functions Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and resort management practices Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Bilingual skills are preferred to enhance communication with international guests Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk software is essential Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a real difference!
