Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor and become the vital link that ensures smooth operations during overnight hours. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the integrity of hotel records. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for even after hours. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively, fast-paced resort setting. Duties Greet and assist guests during late-night arrivals and early departures with professionalism and warmth. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest inquiries efficiently. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to respond to guest requests or internal communications. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and performing safety checks around the property. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless record keeping. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold service standards. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality roles with a focus on guest services. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and resort operations preferred. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
