Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with friendly, professional service Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with effective problem-solving and customer service expertise Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and following hotel emergency procedures Handle multi-line phone systems and communicate clearly with guests and staff via phone etiquette Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial transactions for management review Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit procedures Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable software Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest issues efficiently and courteously Multilingual or bilingual abilities to enhance guest relations and communication across diverse clientele Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff security during overnight hours Excellent phone communication skills, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism Experience in resort or hotel environments preferred, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
