Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a positive stay and foster guest loyalty. Shift Time (Specially Weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 7am to 3pm 3pm to 11pm 11pm to 7am (night extra $0.50 every hr.) Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and efficient service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations processing Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with a proactive attitude to ensure satisfaction Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting room inspections, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Multilingual or bilingual abilities that enhance communication with diverse guests are highly valued Proficiency in front desk duties including phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and reservation management software Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems to ensure accurate financial reporting Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions and resolve issues efficiently Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm fuels exceptional guest experiences!
