Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate financial records. Your hospitality expertise and multilingual skills will create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to exceptional guest experiences while working in a vibrant resort setting. Duties Manage the front desk during overnight hours, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial transactions. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering local recommendations. Maintain phone etiquette and operate multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests efficiently. Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to ensure guest and staff safety. Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff. Assist with guest relations by providing multilingual support and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for international visitors. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and resort operations preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems required. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision. Prior hotel experience in a hospitality or guest services environment is highly valued.
