In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift operations, maintain accurate financial records, and provide exceptional guest services to ensure our guests feel welcomed and cared for around the clock. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence, creating a safe and inviting environment for all visitors. Duties Manage overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, reservations, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance Monitor security systems, CCTV footage, and conduct property inspections to maintain safety standards throughout the hotel premises Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and professionally Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and ensuring a memorable stay Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management software, and financial reconciliation processes Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to handle diverse guest needs Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety Prior experience in guest services, hotel management, or related roles is preferred Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality during the quiet hours of the night!
