Job Description

Night Auditor Job Summary:
Join Fairfield Inn & Suites as our Night Auditor, where you'll help ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience overnight. You'll reconcile daily financial transactions, complete end-of-night reporting, and provide attentive customer service during late-night hours. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, self-motivated person who works well independently while keeping both guests and operations supported.

Responsibilities:
Process late check-ins and early check-outs Reconcile and balance daily transactions and complete required paperwork Prepare nightly audit reports for management Monitor property activity and help maintain a safe, secure environment overnight Respond to guest requests and handle questions or emergencies professionally and promptly
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Availability Requirement:
Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to provide effective customer service to internal and external guests with patience, tact, and diplomacy to de-escalate concerns. Excellent customer service skills. Hotel experience is preferred, not required. Ability to understand and follow directions.
