You will also be accountable for maintaining files and resetting the systems for the next day's operations:

Financial Auditing:

Reconciles daily transactions, balances cash drawers, posts room charges and taxes, and settles credit card batches. Closing the

Day:

Runs the property management system's end-of-day process to close the business day and generates revenue, occupancy, and statistical reports for management.

Front Desk Operations:

Greets late-arriving guests, handles check-ins and check-outs, processes phone calls, and manages reservations.

Guest Services & Security:

Acts as the primary point of contact for overnight inquiries, resolves complaints, monitors hotel security, and coordinates with emergency or maintenance services.
