With 76 luxurious guest rooms and suites, our hotel offers personalized, impeccable service to both business and leisure travelers. We take pride in our new fine dining restaurant and bar, Atlas New World Bistro, our cozy Lobby Lounge with a fireplace, and our 4,000 sq. ft. of flexible banquet & meeting space. Additionally, we are home to Roslyn's Cellar, a supper club that hosts a variety of exciting events.

Job Overview:

Handle night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial records Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Prior experience in night audit, front desk, or customer service roles preferred Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
