This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight operations, ensuring smooth transitions between days and nights while delivering memorable guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during the overnight shift. Monitor and update guest accounts accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and internal communications efficiently. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless handovers between shifts. Support front desk operations by assisting with guest services such as concierge requests, room assignments, and information dissemination. Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring a welcoming environment throughout the night. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail. Prior experience in guest relations, hotel experience, or hospitality management is preferred.
