The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the overnight shift, assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, balancing daily transactions, and preparing reports for management. This position is ideal for someone with prior hotel experience who is comfortable working independently and providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner Check guests in and out of the hotel Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions or concerns Process payments and balance daily transactions Complete nightly audit procedures and reports Monitor hotel activity during overnight hours Communicate important information to management and the next shift Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards

Requirements:

Prior hotel experience is required Night audit or front desk experience preferred Knowledge of Opera Cloud is preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours Basic computer and payment processing skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
