Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while performing essential accounting tasks. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various responsibilities efficiently. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the night. Maintain the integrity of guest accounts and ensure all charges are accurately posted. Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics. Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and hotel property during night hours. Handle incoming calls and provide information to guests as needed. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Requirements Previous experience in hotel preferred. Strong background in guest relations and customer service, with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
