Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information and assistance to guests and staff Address guest needs promptly, offering solutions to ensure satisfaction and positive guest relations Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting patrols of the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions Support guest services by assisting with special requests and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills highly valued to assist diverse guests effectively Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems required Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and phone etiquette Experience working in resort or extended stay hotel environments is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude during overnight hours Join us as a Night Auditor and become an essential part of our vibrant hospitality team!
