Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel management software to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare and review daily reports, including revenue summaries, occupancy reports, and incident logs, to maintain precise records of hotel activities Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail, ensuring a positive guest experience Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving assistance Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and address any irregularities or emergencies according to hotel procedures Assist with front desk operations, including reservations management using hospitality reservation systems, guest account adjustments, and billing inquiries Communicate effectively with night staff, management, and emergency responders as needed to ensure smooth operations and guest safety during overnight hours Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts is highly desirable Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest relations and problem resolution Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is essential for maintaining a secure environment Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling client inquiries professionally over the phone Previous experience working night shifts in a hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates Ability to remain alert, organized, and proactive during overnight hours while managing multiple tasks efficiently Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
