Overview Join our IHG award-winning team as an Overnight Hotel Auditor at our small, but hospitality-fierce avid Hotel Tulsa Hills! This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys contributing to smooth operations while delivering welcoming guest experiences. As an Overnight Hotel Auditor, you will be the vigilant guardian of nightly financial and operational accuracy and providing top-tier guest services. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and financial transactions using HotelKey (property management system) to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify all guest charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain transparent records of nightly activities. Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and resolve issues with professionalism and a friendly attitude via phone communication or in person. Monitor security footage and perform visual inspections of the property to uphold safety standards during overnight hours. Respond promptly to emergency situations or guest concerns following hotel emergency procedures while maintaining calm and effective communication. Master all front desk operations including phone etiquette, reservation modifications, and guest relations to foster a positive experience for all visitors. Complete light cleaning and organizational tasks for guests to "wake-up" to a fresh hotel. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software such as HotelKey or other property management systems. Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and night audit processes. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for maintaining guest satisfaction during overnight hours.Pay:
